We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), hands-on General Foreman to lead crews and run day-to-day field operations across carpentry, site logistics, temporary work, protection, cleanup, and construction support. This is a working leadership role — not a desk job. You'll plan the work, coordinate crews, and step in with tools when the job needs it. The ideal candidate is a carpenter at heart with broad jobsite experience who can lead in both languages, enforce safety, run toolbox talks, sketch field solutions, and keep crews accountable.

We're looking for a hands-on Foreman / Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew while working alongside it. This role fits a strong field professional who takes pride in production and craftsmanship and is comfortable directing people without being behind a desk. Carpentry is the core requirement, backed by broad practical knowledge of jobsite logistics, protection, cleanup, and field operations.
Perform skilled carpentry, including layout, framing, and installation.
Support crews with material handling, site cleanup, and general construction tasks.
